We stayed one night traveling to our next location. The rooms are nice and very recently remodeled. The bathtubs though are extremely slippery, like dangerously so. I can't take points away from that because I'm sure it's a corporate screw up. I'm surprised someone hasn't gotten hurt yet. The big plus was Clifford at the front desk! Kind, helpful, professional! I hope he stays in the hospitality field because he is so good, he's a bonus to the field and this hotel! We stayed on 7/26.
Rooms were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was great. Affordable and comfortable for family of 6. Would stay again.
I commend this hotel. We came in late, stayed at another (dysfunctional) competitor, with awful amenities. Sleep Inn accommodated us with early check-in and military discount. The front desk was exceptional! Courteous and helpful! We then had a wonderful stay in a comfortable, clean room. Thank you so much! -SOMO customers
My husband and I stayed here for just over a week and the service was amazing! The staff are super friendly, the rooms are very clean and the location is great. Will stay here again the next time we are in town!
I absolutely love the time I spend at Sleep Inn! The rooms are always so clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the pillows are amazing — I always sleep so well. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every employee is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about your stay. No matter what you need, someone is always there to help with a smile. They truly make my experience so much better each time I visit. I especially want to recognize the manager, Tyler. He does an outstanding job taking care of guests and leading his team. His customer service skills are exceptional, and it’s clear he communicates wonderfully with his employees. You can see the positive atmosphere he creates. Because of the staff and Tyler’s leadership, this hotel truly feels like a home away from home. Jenny

We have stayed here for several years now, usually extended stays. The front desk personnel are friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms, general facilities and the indoor pool area are always extremely well maintained. It’s normally quieter than more expensive inns we’ve stayed in elsewhere. The manager goes out of his way to make guests stays safe and comfortable. The inn is located in a safe location at the south edge of S Jacksonville. A very good experience!!!
Loved this place !! Great welcome by front desk. Our team had a particular timing issue and they worked it out beautifully. Check out is 11 am , which is great. Many nice perks for a lower budget. Reminded me of a hampton inn feel but a much more budget friendly option. Thanks Sleep Inn staff!! Thanks for clean rooms too. A+
